Event Summary

The 2025 Rocky Mountain Water Conference will be held at the Keystone Conference Center in Keystone, CO, from August 24th through the 27th.

The Rocky Mountain Water Conference (RMWC) is an annual joint conference of RMWEA and the Rocky Mountain Section of the American Water Works Association (RMSAWWA). Event highlights include:

Exhibitor and Sponsorship

Registration will open as follows:

Prior exhibitors can register starting the week of April 14. (Exact date TBD, email will be sent to 2024 exhibitors)
Open exhibitor and sponsorship registration will open on Tuesday April 29. Register in a timely manner as it sold out last year!
Details on the sponsorship and exhibitor program will be posted in advance.

Attendee Registration

Registration and hotel reservation will open in late May/early June.

Approximate schedule:

December 2024 - abstract submission closed.
February 28, 2025, 11:59 PM – abstracts due
March/April 2025 – exhibitor and sponsorship opens
June 2025 – rooms open/attendee registration opens
