Be sure to set aside Monday, August 6 for
the Rocky
Mountain AWWA/WEA "Water for People" golf
tournament! This year's
tournament will be held at Fox Hollow Golf
Course in Lakewood, the same location as
last year's tournament. It will be an 8 a.m.
shotgun start and will include lunch. See
website.
Mark your calendars for the
Estes Park PWO
seminar scheduled for October 18,
2007. Topics to include microbiology
and polymer. More information to follow.

LOCAL CONFERENCES
The
2007
RMSAWWA/WEA Annual Conference
will be held in Keystone, Colorado from
Sept. 9-12, 2007! The annual conference
is a great way to find out how others
are improving on existing technologies
and creating new ones, as well as to
interact and network with other
wastewater and drinking water
professionals, and to obtain continuing

AWWA Water Utility Management
Institutes -
Three Institues are scheduled for Fall 2007!
The five-day Basic Institute will be held Sept. 17 - 21, and
a second Basic Institute Nov. 12 - 16. An Advanced Institute
is scheduled October 15 - 19. All Institutes will be held
at the Comfort Suites Hotel (near the airport) in Salt Lake
City, Utah. To obtain more information on registration,
