LOCAL CONFERENCES
 
Combined Heat and Power (CHP) and Bioenergy for Landfills and Wastewater Treatment Plants Workshop - Nov 7-8 in Denver, CO!!

This workshop is co-sponsored by RMWEA, the Governor's Energy Office (Colorado), Tristate G+T, and the Intermountain CHP Center to promote the use of on-site biogas for generation of electricity and heat.  Speakers will cover development process, state environmental regulations, specific projects in Colorado and elsewhere, etc.  Registration fee $25-$40 before Oct 15.  Visit www.intermountainchp.org for details.

October 10th at the Denver Wastewater Management Building.
The Grease Summit is to provide information on FOG for wastewater professionals (INCLUDING BUILDING INSPECTORS) to better understand dynamics, issues, technology and management of the rapidly growing FOG problem affecting the world's sewer system.  Approved for .7 TU's with OCPO.
